Banyan Partners Closes Silver Bridge Acquisition

Banyan
Partners, an independent wealth management and
investment advisory firm, has closed its previously-announced
acquisition of
Boston, MA-based Silver Bridge Advisors.
As reported when the deal was announced on June 4, Peter
Raimondi, chief executive of Banyan Partners, has retained that
role at the new
firm. Meanwhile, Thomas Manning, CEO and chief investment officer
of Silver Bridge, has
become chief investment officer.
Michael Blackmon, Banyan’s CIO, is now executive director of
portfolio
management, leading a team of 22 portfolio managers.
Based in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, Banyan Partners has some $3.4
billion in assets under management and over
1,700 clients. The firm, which has 70 employees, provides
advisory services for high net worth and ultra high net worth
families, family offices, foundations and institutions.
Besides Balm Beach Gardens, it has offices
in New York, Boston, MA, Atlanta, GA, Naples, FL, Coral Gables,
FL, Fort Worth, TX.
