The latest senior moves in the North America wealth management sector.

Anduin
Anduin, the private market transaction innovator, has appointed Jeffrey Gelfand as an industry advisor. With more than two decades of investment management industry knowledge and experience, Gelfand will work with Anduin to offer strategic insights on product expansions and rollouts.

Gelfand will also accelerate Anduin’s expansion into private equity and hedge funds, the firm said.

Gelfand has served as the start-up chief financial officer for Evercore, Silver Point Capital and most recently, Centerbridge.

Thrivent
Thrivent Advisor Network, the platform for independent advisors, has appointed Ryan Armock to fill the newly-created role of director of operations.

In this role, Armock will lead the operations team, promote team communication across Thrivent Advisor Network leadership and support RIA teams during their transition and growth journeys.

Armock began in financial services as a registered rep with AXA Advisors. He has spent most of his career working with advisors on the independent broker-dealer side. Most recently, he was COO at Private Client Services. Prior to that, Armock was vice president, products and services responsible for trading, brokerage operations, advisory operations, and product support/maintenance for SII Investments and Investment Centers of America.

Thrivent is an RIA and crafted as a hybrid platform.
