The latest senior moves in the North American wealth management sector.

Cresset
Partners, the US wealth manager, has hired former Aon
Investments senior figure Shari Young Lewis as managing director,
private funds group. She will focus on private equity funds and
co-investments across buyout, platform buy-and-build, and other
control-oriented strategies.
Lewis brings more than 20 years of experience building private equity investment programs for institutional investors. Most recently she was a partner in the private equity practice at Aon Investments, where she focused on buyout, growth equity, venture capital, private credit, and infrastructure investments. She also managed and advised institutional investors on launching and scaling private market investment programs. Prior to joining Aon, Lewis had extensive principal investing and investment banking experience.
Lewis, who lives in Chicago, is an Advisory Council Member of the Illinois Growth and Innovation Fund. She is also on the Midwest Steering Committee for the Women’s Association of Venture and Equity, is an active member of the Private Equity Women’s Investor Network, and serves on the board of directors for the Little Giraffe Foundation.
In June, Cresset Partners named Kevin O’Donnell executive MD of its private funds group, encompassing private equity, private credit, and venture capital. O’Donnell leads Cresset’s platform for global private investing in external funds, co-investments and related opportunities, in partnership with third-party private asset managers.

Partners, an independent registered investment advisor,
announced this week that Dan Weeks, CFP®, CFBA, CFWA has joined
the firm as senior advisor, managing director, to help grow the
business.
He is accompanied by Jenny Boyle, client relationship manager, the firm said in a statement. They will both operate from the firm’s headquarters in Greenwood Village, Colorado.
Weeks will focus on business development, lead private placement and alternative asset research for the investment committee and work closely on multi-family office services, including philanthropic and trust focus, the firm continued.
Boyle will assist senior advisors with relationship management while serving the needs of high net worth individuals, families and business owners.
Weeks specializes in business exit planning, tax planning, alternative investments, family office, and philanthropic planning.
Nilsine Partners also celebrated their one-year anniversary as an independent RIA firm on September 17, 2022.

and Palm Beach, has appointed Brandon Reid as managing director
as part of its strategic expansion plans in Florida and across
the Southeast.
Reid brings nearly 40 years of banking and financial services experience to the team. He previously served as MD, senior account advisor and manager of the Palm Beach office for Bessemer Trust before retiring in 2019. Prior to Bessemer, Reid was a partner at Brundage Story & Rose for 19 years.
Reid graduated with a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Tufts University and received his master’s in business administration from the Stern School at New York University.
Williams Jones opened its Palm Beach office in 2018.
