Savvy Wealth, a
digital platform for financial advisors, has appointed Eric
Hurkman as its first chief technology officer.
Hurkman will be responsible for driving product innovation within the Savvy Wealth platform; he will also, over the next 12 to 18 months, lead the growth of Savvy’s product development, design, engineering and AI teams.
Hurkman is a career software engineer with more than a dozen years’ experience building and leading engineering teams and developing software in the fintech industry. Most recently, he spent over four years as a vice president of engineering at Carta, the California-based software firm, where he led the development of its venture capital solutions.
“Eric is a proven technology leader with a track record of assembling technology teams and designing solutions that drive growth, scale and customer loyalty across industries,” Ritik Malhotra, founder and CEO of Savvy Wealth, said.
Earlier in February, Savvy Wealth appointed David Weiner as chief growth officer to lead its recruitment of independent advisors and advisory teams to Savvy Advisors.

Global Asset Management has hired Connor Antisdale as a
asenior corporate analyst on the BlueBay US high-yield team.
Antisdale – based in Stamford, Connecticut – reports to Andrzej Skiba, head of BlueBay US fixed income at RBC Global Asset Management.
Prior to RBC, Antisdale worked at General Atlantic Credit, where he served as a research analyst on the public credit team focusing on the consumer, retail, industrial, healthcare, and financial sectors. Before that, he served as a fundamental research analyst for Aristeia Capital.
