The latest moves, appointments and personnel changes in the North America wealth management sector.

Fiduciary Trust International
Fiduciary Trust International, the wealth manager that is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Franklin Templeton, has appointed Jason Thomas as a wealth director, based in Atlanta, Georgia.

Thomas previously served on the advisory board for Fiduciary Trust International’s Atlanta market.

With more than two decades’ experience advising ultra-high net worth individuals, family offices and institutional clients, Thomas previously served as senior vice president and private client advisor at Bank of America Private Bank in Atlanta. In 2019, Thomas co-founded myFloc, an expense management platform designed to prevent elder fraud and financial exploitation, and to reduce the financial challenges of aging.

Earlier in his career, Thomas was senior vice president and wealth strategist at Northern Trust and senior vice president and senior wealth advisor at Wells Fargo Private Bank. He also co-founded and served as general counsel for Atlanta-based technology company Seven Software, which was acquired in 2024.
