Mellon Wealth Management has made four hires in its New York
Tri-State region.
The firm has appointed Wing Wilson as regional fiduciary manager, Leighton Cameron as senior wealth manager, Marcy Morgan as principal, private banking and Scott Rickman as client strategist. Wilson, Cameron and Morgan are based in New York City, and Rickman is based in Greenwich, Connecticut. They all report to John Ippolito, regional president, New York Tri-State.
Wilson leads the fiduciary business for New York Tri-State, as well as managing the delivery and fiduciary oversight of advisory-based services to clients. Cameron provides comprehensive wealth management advice, including managing portfolios and providing strategic planning and advice for ultra-high net worth clients. Morgan works with high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients to develop and implement a strategic plan for managing credit and treasury management solutions.
Rickman works with ultra-high net worth clients – including founders, executives, multi-generational families and non-profits – to manage their comprehensive wealth needs.
Synovus Bank
Synovus Bank,
based in Columbus, Georgia, has named Katherine Dunlevie as
president and chief executive of The Family Office at
Synovus.
Dunlevie has spent her entire financial services career with Synovus, joining the bank as a management associate in 2002. In 2004, she moved to The Family Office, previously known as Synovus Family Asset Management, and served as an advisor until she was named managing director in 2014.
In February this year, Synovus changed Dunlevie’s title to president and CEO.
Dunlevie is a Phi Beta Kappa and holds a bachelor’s degree and MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Her certifications include Certified Financial Planner™, Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor, and Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC®).
Alongside Dunlevie’s recent title change, The Family Office at Synovus established a new executive leadership team and promoted several individuals. Michael Clark, senior vice president and chief operating officer, and Robert Persons, senior vice president and director of advisory services, joined Michael Sluder, senior vice president and chief investment officer, to form the leadership team.

has welcomed financial advisor Kevin Cooper to its employee
advisor channel.
Cooper, who is based in Boca Raton, heads Cooper Family Office Consulting of Raymond James, which specializes in intergenerational wealth management. He is being joined by senior registered client service associate Jean Panarello. Cooper previously managed more than $464 million in client assets with Morgan Stanley and
Cooper, senior vice president, wealth management, has been in the financial services industry for nearly 30 years. He served as a financial advisor with several firms before spending 10 years at Merrill Lynch. In 2005, Cooper transitioned to UBS Financial and Morgan Stanley in 2013.
