Quartet Of Wealth Management Houses Join To Create New Kansas Firm

The new combined firm will offer financial planning and coordinated professional services such as estate planning and accounting and insurance counsel.

Financial service firms Gateway Financial, Pegasus Capital Management, Summit Wealth Advisors and Trinity Planning Group have joined together to form wealth management company Infinitas.

Infinitas, based in Kansas, will offer financial planning; coordinated professional services such as estate planning and accounting and insurance counsel; tax strategy expertise; and estate and charitable giving guidance.

The new firm has said in a press release that it has around $1.47 billion in assets. Its offices will be in Overland Park, Kansas.

“A key to Infinitas’ success will be our independence,” said Wade Carpenter, senior partner at Infinitas. “Our firm is not burdened by corporate affiliations that mandate specific advice and recommendations. As our client, you can rest easy in the knowledge that the guidance we offer is financially sound, objective, and always aligned with your best interests," Carpenter said.
