Combination of Vista and BPM names director of wealth-management services. "Joe brings over 25 years of experience to the table along with a great sense of humor," says Vista's COO Michael Spector. "I have no doubt that he will be a great asset to Vista Wealth Management."

Prior to joining Novata, Calif.-based RIA Equis in 2003, Delaney worked at Prudential Real Estate Advisors, lend-lease property investor Lend Lease Real Estate Investors (now part of Morgan Stanley) and defunct real-estate investment firm Property Capital. Between college and graduate school, he worked at KPMG, where he obtained his CPA designation.

Equius had about $538 million in assets under management at the end of July 2008.
