A new RIA has been formed, based in California.

California-based TriaGen Wealth Management yesterday said it has launched its registered investment advisor. The firm's advisors had previously overseen $330 million in assets at UBS.

Bryan Garris operates the firm alongside his father, Nick Garris and co-founding partner Orlo Elfes. Leslie Sagers acts as the firm's operations manager.

“Becoming an independent fiduciary was a natural progression that aligns with our priorities as a family-run business," Bryan Garris, said. 

TruClarity Management Solutions worked with TriaGen to create the RIA.

TriaGen offers advice spanning financial planning and portfolio management. Business owners, executives and families at all stages of life are offered personalized plans to align their finances with future goals.
