US-based Advisor
Group, the network of wealth management firms, today has
recruited Charles Stephen, an Albuquerque, New Mexico business
led by partners Adam Ciepiela and Kelly Famiglietta. The
organization has four financial professionals and oversees $583
million in client assets.
Charles Stephen joins Advisor Group through its subsidiary and network member firm SagePoint Financial and one of SagePoint's groups, Santa Barbara, California-based AmeriFlex Financial Services. Advisor Group also includes FSC Securities, Royal Alliance Associates, Securities America, Triad Advisors and Woodbury Financial Services.
Charles Stephen, which was co-founded in 1983, specializes in multi-generational financial planning, retirement planning, portfolio management, business succession planning, education planning and tax planning, among other services.
Heidrick & Struggles
Heidrick &
Struggles, the talent management group based in Chicago, has
closed its purchase of fellow US firm Business Talent
Group.
The acquisition builds on a dual collaboration between the firms that was inked in 2019, Heidrick & Struggles said in a statement yesterday. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
BTG will continue to be led by co-founders and co-CEOs Jody Greenstone Miller and Amelia Tyagi, operating as a wholly owned subsidiary of Heidrick & Struggles, the firm said.
