Deals Of The Day: The Latest In Wealth Management M&A – Wealth Enhancement Group, iCapital
The latest mergers, acquisitions and other transactions in the North American wealth management sector.

US-based Wealth
Enhancement Group has bought Integra Capital Advisors, an
independent RIA with two locations in Florida, which
oversees $287 million in client assets.
The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The acquisition takes Wealth Enhancement’s total client assets over $54.7 billion, it said in a statement yesterday.
"The Integra team has built an extremely robust business in Florida and beyond over the past three decades. Integra is a terrific fit with Wealth Enhancement Group's financial planning-driven platform and approach,” Jeff Dekko, chief executive of Wealth Enhancement Group, said.
Founded in 1992 by Tom Breiter, Integra has six additional team members, including chief investment officer Brad Campbell.
The firm also specializes in working with suddenly single women and couples preparing for that eventuality. The partnership will close on March 31.
iCapital
iCapital
Network, the fintech platform serving alternative investments
such as private equity, has agreed to buy Sifel Financial’s
feeder fund platform for the hedge fund space.
When the deal is closed, iCapital’s technology will streamline and automate onboarding, subscription processing and lifecycle operations for Stifel feeder funds and support that firm’s advisors and high net worth clients.
As part of the deal, Stifel employees who support the feeder fund platform will be offered roles at iCapital.
The financial terms of the transaction, which is expected to close later this quarter, were not disclosed
As of the end of January this year, New York-based iCapital serviced $112 billion in client assets.
