Mercer has been buying a mass of wealth management firms in the North American market.

Advisors, an RIA with assets under management of about $48
billion, continued its acquisitions of US wealth management firms
this week, with the latest being wealth manager Day & Ennis. (For

Based in Macon, Georgia, Day & Ennis was founded by John R Day, and serves about 250 clients with assets under management of around $400 million, the firm said in a statement. Day works with partners Bill Ennis and Matt Heller.
Day & Ennis was exclusively represented by Park Sutton Advisors, a Waller Helms Company, an investment banking firm in the registered investment advisor space.
Mercer has been one of the most prominent acquirers of wealth management firms in the North American market, most recently buying RMR Wealth Advisors, a firm based in Madison, Wisconsin. See here.
