Bank Of America's Wealth Arm Adds To Investment Solutions Team
The US banking group has brought back a senior figure from Citigroup and recruited a former UBS capital markets person.
Bank of America announced late last week that one of its former wealth management figures is returning after a spell at Citigroup.
Ed Riley has been named head of investment solutions group, capital markets. He will report to Nancy Fahmy, head of the ISG, and will be based in New York. Riley develops solutions for Merrill and Bank of America Private Bank advisor teams and their clients.
Prior to this, Riley was head of wealth markets for the Americas at Citi Wealth, focused on UHNW clients. Working in the sector for almost 25 years, Riley spent nearly 20 years at Bank of America and Merrill. Most recently, he was the head of markets product origination within the global wealth and investment management division.
Additionally, Jessica Mullin will join the ISG as a capital markets strategist. Mullin will engage with advisors and UHNW clients on capital markets opportunities, cross-asset strategies and tactical ideas. Based in New York, she will report to Rob Romano, who leads capital markets investor solutions and the newly-formed UHNW Advisory Group.
Previously, Mullin was the head of capital markets sales at UBS. She brings more than 18 years of experience in financial services with deep expertise in capital markets product strategy.
