First Eagle With Fund Launch For The First Time In 10 Years

First Eagle Investment has launched a high yield fund – the asset manager’s first fund launch in a decade.

John Arnhold, the privately held company’s chief investment officer and chairman, describes the rare addition as a “logical extension of our equity offerings”.

The fund will be managed by Edward Meigs and Sean Slein, and available through an institutional separate account or a registered mutual fund.

First Eagle Investment has $60 billion in assets under management.
