Lincoln Financial Network, the retail client business of Philadelphia, PA-headquartered Lincoln Financial Group, has appointed Bill Fortner as managing director of Lincoln Financial Advisors, leading the Pacific regional planning group. Fortner will manage regional planning offices in Northern California, Oregon, and Washington State, where he will focus on increasing market share, the firm said in a statement . Based in San Ramon, CA, Fortner will report to head of Lincoln Financial Advisors, John DiMonda.
