Anglo-Canadian media and information company Thomson Reuters has entered a multi-year agreement to provide UBS Wealth Management Americas with its North American wealth management news services.

UBS’s financial advisors will access Thomson Reuters’ news services through ConsultWorks, a UBS Wealth Management Americas platform.

Through the platform, advisors will be able to access coverage of equity, foreign exchange, fixed income and credit markets, along with other Thomson Reuters services such as “Top News”, exclusives from Reuters' summits and “The Day Ahead” – a view of market activity, stocks, upcoming company and economic data, and analysis on hot topics.

The platform also provides tools such as financial planning, client reporting, relationship management, research, portfolio management, business intelligence, and order entry services.

“This deal underscores the long standing relationship Thomson Reuters has with UBS Wealth Management Americas, and affirms our mutual commitment to provide UBS advisors with the best content and platform, enabling them to provide effective advice to their clients,” said Jim Holmes, president, Focus Group Accounts, Thomson Reuters.
