The registered investment advisory firm Concert Wealth Management has brought in four veteran advisors managing some $100 million in client assets, Reuters reports.

Scott Christie and John Aitchison joined Concert Wealth from The Planning Group, a Scottsdale, AZ, wealth management firm. The pair are joined by portfolio analyst Ryan Jennings and client relations assistant James Filtz. The team is based in the firm's Scottsdale branch.

The firm has also reportedly added three brokers from Bank of America Merrill Lynch, as well as one each from Morgan Stanley Smith Barney and UBS Wealth Management.

In February, it emerged that the firm was planning to recruit in the region of 40 financial advisors this year and is significantly expanding its presence.

The firm could not be reached at the time of publication to confirm the latest hires.

Concert Global, which is headquartered in San Jose, CA, was founded in 2006 and is a holding company which includes the firm’s wealth management unit.

The wealth unit has about 66 financial advisors with two additional offices in Houston, an office in Tempe, AZ, and multiple locations in California, including San Diego, Port Beach, Walnut Creek, Menlo Park and Sacramento.
